EXPERIENCE
~2010 Land surveying and zoning, from the ground up
Joined a regional surveying firm in Northwest Arkansas, moving from administration into survey fieldwork and CAD drafting. Presented rezonings, variances, and easement vacations — along with lot splits, property-line adjustments, and development approvals — before city councils and planning commissions across the region, and served on the City of Fayetteville Board of Adjustment. Rose to second-in-command.
~2015 Recruited to national coordination
Recruited out of local practice to run a 60-site, ~7,400-parcel residential ALTA portfolio — delivered single-handed.
2015–2023 Director of Survey Operations
Built and led the delivery team, and developed the operational backbone that let the firm scale.
